Alexa.com - Alexa is a website that ranks other websites on the Internet based on how much traffic they get. You can type in your competitors' websites and see how they rank compared to yours. You can also see a line graph that shows where their traffic went up and down. With the Wayback Machine you can analyze what their website looked liked during the spikes and dips in their traffic. From this you can try to determine what they did to increase or decrease their traffic.
